Engraved Acacia Wood Round Serving Tray

I have ordered many times from Personalization Mall over the years and never had a problem. I ordered this tray for a keepsake gift for my son. It came with a small flaw on it. I contacted customer service, and they replaced the tray with a "perfect" one and shipped it to me overnight. It is a beautiful gift, and the engraving is beautifully done. I will continue to trust them with all my personalized gifts, knowing customer service will take care of any issues in a prompt manner. Best customer service ever!
