The Worst Engraving Ever!

I ordered these collar stays for a gift and had them engraved. They arrived all scratched up. I contacted Things Remembered and they stated that this in normal and would only refund me half of what I paid. The picture of these collar stays on their website does not reflect any scratches so this must be false advertising!! I will never ever order from this company again.
