Engraving has changed

We get 4 engraved ornaments every year. This year we picked this one. The ornament is OK. Not as high quality as they used to be. Bigger issue is that the engraving has changed. The engraving is small and superficial, looks cheap. When you look close the letters are hazy. They also used to protect the ornaments in a custom cut box or velvet pouch, not anymore. I am not happy with the ownership changes and the cheapening of the products, and I guess will have to find a new ornament company?
