Quality has changedYearly tradition ruined by poor quality product. For more than a decade, I have purchased personalized Christmas ornaments for my child each year. This year’s selection was terrible and the product was cheaply made. The ornament arrived scratched and the engraving looked shallow. In the years past, the ornaments arrived in a nice red bag for storage. This year- thin bubble wrap. The back of the ornament had a sticker that said ‘personalization mall’. Company bought out earlier this year.
