Poorly Packaged, Horrible Customer Service By

I ordered this item as a wedding gift. I paid for expedited shipping due to timing of the wedding. The photo frame arrived by FedEx NOT in a box. It was packaged in a plastic envelope with bubble wrap. The glass had broken and shards cause damage to the silver frame. I called and emailed customer service. I explained the wedding was out of town the next day. No time to replace it. They emailed me to say a replacement item was shipped. Won’t be here in time. I’m sure same packaging. Save your $!
