I just HAVE to compliment you on your great service! It is such a rare thing these days. I called Thursday morning to ask about overnight service on an item for a special couple. I had searched and searched for a gift for a 70- year-old friend who is dying of cancer and recently married his sweetheart of over twenty years. Obviously this was a unique situation and I could just not find anything I thought was appropriate until I found your site Wednesday night and your "Love brought us together" frame. I thought, "Oh NO, too late." But Thursday morning I called your number and spoke to a very nice woman who put the order through for me and I received it just a half-hour before I was ready to leave for their wedding celebration. It was even more beautiful than pictured. Just perfect. Prior to leaving for the party, I took a picture of the frame and shared it with all of my friends at my table. I also shared your website. Word-of-mouth is a huge factor in the success of any business and I surely hope that I have contributed to yours. Keep up the great work. I can assure you I will be a repeat customer.
