Smaller than described and the i looks like a j

Not happy. I measured stockings I bought from Things Remembered in the past and they measured 19 inches. This is shorter, more narrow and with the fuzzy white face it is hard to read the name. I bought this for a child I am adopting and the i in his name looks like a j. I am disappointed to say the least.
