Can I Change the Shipping Address of a current order?

Can I change the shipping address?

·     YES, you can change the shipping address on most orders, but ONLY if these two things are true:

                1.    If the shipping process has not already started

                2.    If you placed the order under your Personalization Mall account.

                          * If you checked out as “a guest”, online address changes are NOT possible.

TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS:

     - Click on My Account on our home page and sign in to your account.

     - Select Change Shipping Address of Unshipped Orders 

     IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO UPDATE THE ADDRESS, you will be given the option.

          - Enter the updated shipping information.

          - Please ensure you click the update shipping address button once finished.
